Kelly has over 28 years of diverse banking experience, including consumer, mortgage, investment, and commercial banking. Prior to working at Arvest, he was the Central Arkansas district manager, VP for U.S. Bank for three years and a business and private banker, VP for IberiaBank for five years.
A Little Rock native, Kelly serves on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Central Arkansas. He attended John Brown University, where he studied business information systems. Kelly resides in Little Rock with his wife, Donna, and children, Kaleb and Drew.
