OFFICIAL RULES: Arvest Bank "So Long, Paper – Hello, Hybrid" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is governed by these official rules. By participating in the promotion, each entrant agrees to these official rules. Results of the promotion are final in all respects. The promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to all: 1. Active Arvest Bank customers; 2. Who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry; and 3. Who successfully fulfill the requirements of entry. An active Arvest Bank customer is defined as an individual that has a current Arvest deposit or savings account, or a loan transaction with Arvest Bank or its affiliate Arvest Mortgage, or an account with Arvest Asset Management.
Arvest associates and immediate family are NOT eligible to participate in the promotional drawing. Immediate family is defined as any spouse, parent, child or sibling, along with any other family member living in the Arvest associate's home.

HOW TO ENTER:
There are two ways to enter for a chance to win:

1. Automatic Entry: To receive an automatic entry, you must first register your active Arvest personal checking account ("account") for e.Statements, Banking on the Net and BillPay by 11:59PM CST on 06/30/2008, and second you must have paid at least one bill using BillPay between 01/01/2008 and 06/30/2008. The automatic entry will be assigned to the primary account holder of the account. In the event that the account is jointly-owned, the entry will be assigned to all account owners as one entry. An automatic entry is valid on personal checking accounts, not business accounts or other accounts that offer an online statement or web banking options. All qualified automatic entries will be identified and verified by Arvest Electronic Banking Department, whose judgment of eligibility based on bank records is final.
2. Alternate Entry: Alternate entry is available for Arvest customers without signing up for e.Statements, Banking on the Net and BillPay. To submit an alternate entry, send via U.S. Mail, a 3" x 5" postcard with your name, address, daytime and evening telephone numbers postmarked by 06/28/2008, to be received no later than 07/7/2008, to: Arvest "So Long, Paper – Hello, Hybrid" Sweepstakes, PO Box 799, Lowell, AR 72745. Only one mail-in entry allowed per household. All qualified alternate entries will be identified by Arvest Centralized Advertising, whose judgment of eligibility is final.

WINNER SELECTION: ONE (1) winner will be randomly selected on or about July 15, 2008, from all eligible entries received, including automatic entries and alternate entries. Potential winners will be contacted: 1. By telephone to verify they wish to accept the prize and responsibilities associated with winning the prize; 2. By email to verify they wish to accept the prize and responsibilities associated with winning the prize; 3. If potential winners cannot be reached via telephone or e-mail, potential winners will be notified by a Prize Notification Letter via U.S. Mail; 4. If the Prize Notification Letter is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternative winner selected. Agreement by the potential winner to accept the prize must take place within 20 days of notification by Arvest. The potential winner will be required to complete a 1099 tax form for reporting purposes. All forms must be executed and returned within SEVEN (7) days following receipt, or potential winner may be disqualified and an alternative winner selected. Upon accepting the prize, the winner authorizes Arvest Bank to use their name and or likeness in announcing the contest results. Arvest Bank reserves the right to award additional prize(s) as determined at Arvest's discretion.

Prizes: ONE (1) Prize will be awarded to the winner of the drawing of eligible entries. The prize is one (1) 2008 Toyota Prius Hybrid vehicle with a fair market value no greater than $30,000. Prize includes vehicle sales tax and vehicle dealer preparation costs. Winner must be a licensed driver. In the event the first winner of the prize is a contestant who is does not meet Sweepstakes requirements, Arvest has the right to draw one or more additional entries until the prize can be awarded to a licensed driver with proof of auto insurance.

Winner is responsible for title, license, registration, auto insurance, income taxes and other unnamed fees associated with prize. Winner must take delivery of prize from the automobile dealership designated by Arvest Bank. Prize is non-transferable, except by authorization of Arvest Bank. Prize can be exchanged for $15,000 cash.

Arvest is not responsible for any typos or other errors in offer or administration of Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, errors in printing or posting of the offer or official rules, selection and announcement of winner, or distribution of any prize. Any attempt to manipulate or otherwise damage the operation of the Sweepstakes will be subject to legal action by Arvest or its agents. Arvest reserves the right to terminate, withdraw or amend the Sweepstakes or disqualify any entry for any reason and without notice including, if Arvest suspects manipulation of or tampering with the Sweepstakes has occurred, and select winners from among that portion of the promotion that has not been compromised, if any.

By ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT agrees to release Arvest, ITS PARENT, AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, and their RESPECTIVE officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any liability, damages, losses or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from The ENTRANT'S participation in THE SWEEPSTAKES OR acceptance of ANY Prize. THE ENTRANT ALSO AGREES TO EXECUTE ANY DOCUMENT CONTAINING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
