Arvest Bank Names James President in West Plains

YELLVILLE, Ark. (July 19, 2017) – Arvest Bank is pleased to announce Joyce James has been hired as market president for West Plains, Mo.

A longtime banker, James has experience in practically all facets of banking and is a graduate of banking schools at Southern Methodist University, the University of Oklahoma and Louisiana State University, among other professional training.
