With Arvest Go mobile banking, you need only download the app on the new device and use your login ID and password to log in.
If you use Arvest Classic mobile banking and you have lost your device tied to mobile banking, please contact the mobile device company and your bank. Your mobile device number and your mobile access will be suspended until you have your mobile device number reinstated.
If someone finds your phone before you cancel mobile banking for that device, the other person would have to know your login ID and password to log in. Never share this information with anyone. Do NOT store this information on your mobile device. Also, close out each session after using mobile banking.
