Example Question: What is my routing number?
Example Keyword: routing number
Top Question:
What if the deposit image ATM doesn't accept some of my cash or checks?
Best Answer:

The ATM reads the images of the bills and compares them to images provided by the U.S. Treasury Department. If a bill is worn, folded or has extraneous marks on it, its image will not match the images provided by the U.S. Treasury Department and it will be rejected.  These bills would need to be deposited at a branch location.

The most common reason checks are not accepted by the Deposit Image ATM is that the account and routing number on the check has not been encoded with magnetic ink. The ATM is not able to read checks printed on machines that do not use magnetic ink, such as home printers.  These checks would need to be deposited at a branch location.
