How do I activate my debit card or ATM card?

Activate your Arvest debit card by using it immediately. 

If your card is a new card or a replacement for a lost or stolen card, you will receive a new PIN three to four business days after receiving the card. If you ordered your card at an Arvest location and selected a PIN at that time, you will not receive a new PIN in the mail. 

To reset the PIN on your Arvest Bank debit card, visit a nearby Arvest Bank location to re-PIN your card.  Please bring your card and form of identification with you.

You may also reset your PIN using Arvest's 24-hour Automated Telephone Line, but to do so, you will need to know your card number and current PIN.

Note that as of Jan. 12, 2018, we will no longer issue or replace ATM cards. Users can continue to use existing ATM cards until March 31, 2018. After that date, our systems will no longer support ATM cards.
