Our mortgage servicing system is temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance. We expect this system to be available on Nov. 4. This maintenance will allow us to continue providing the level of service you expect.
- Online account access will be unavailable starting at 7 p.m. CT on Oct. 31 until Nov. 4 for scheduled maintenance.
- During this time, you can still make payments at an Arvest branch near you. Please note these payments will post to your account between Nov. 3 and Nov. 7.
- Our contact center, which can be reached at (800) 366-2132, will be open with limited account accessibility from Nov. 1 – 3.
- Customers will regain full online account access during our usual business hours on Nov. 4.
