Arvest Central Mortgage Company is Merging with Its Parent Company, Arvest Bank
We're unifying our mortgage services under one name to give you the best service. Rest assured the servicing of your mortgage loan stays with Arvest Bank.
Beginning in November 2022, Arvest Bank is updating your mortgage experience with a new website! Our new website is mymortgage.arvest.com. Here's what you can expect from our new website to enhance your digital experience:
- Sign up for online statements
- Access your tax and insurance info 24/7
- View and manage your payments
Depending on your relationship with Arvest Bank, your login info might change. If you have online banking, you'll now use the same username and password to access your mortgage. We're also keeping the same customer service hours Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. CT and Saturday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. CT.
Our systems and contact center should now be fully operational. If you are continuing to experience issues, please contact us as follows:

Be on the lookout for important updates about your account. One change we're making is our annual escrow analysis processing schedule. This will give you a more streamlined process for your annual escrow analysis statements. Depending on your current analysis review date, you might receive more than one statement and payment change within the first 12 months. We'll notify you before the change occurs.
Payment Posting Delays:
Unfortunately, we are continuing to experience delays with payment processing. During this time, the funds for your mortgage payment may not appear as withdrawn from your bank account. Once payments are applied to your loan, they will be effective on the date originally received.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we diligently work to resolve these delays and restore the level of service you expect. At Arvest, we’re committed to providing the best service possible. This processing delay is not the experience we wish for our customers. We are doing our best to ensure you are not negatively impacted by our payment processing delays related to this system update.
