For accounts where you are the primary account holder, you can update your physical address, email address, and phone number in online banking or the Arvest Go mobile app. If you are an Arvest Credit Card customer, Arvest Wealth Management customer, Arvest Mortgage customer, or Arvest Central Mortgage Company customer, you will need to contact those divisions separately to update your contact information.
Online Banking Instructions
To update your phone number or email address in online banking, select the Settings tab, then the Change Contact Info button.To update your physical address in online banking, select the Settings tab, select the Change Address button and then save.
Arvest Go Instructions
To update your phone number in Arvest Go, click your profile in the upper right and press Settings then select Contact Information. To change your associated phone numbers, press on the Phone Number section, then select Edit on the upper right of the resulting screen. You will be able to update your Home Phone, Mobile Phone and Work Phone as needed. Once done, select Save in the upper right of the device screen.To update your email address in Arvest Go, click your profile in the upper right and press Settings then select Contact Information. To change your associated emails, press on the Emails section, then select Edit on the upper right of the resulting screen. You will be able to update your Primary Email and Alternate Emails as needed. Once done, select Save in the upper right of the device screen.
To update your physical address in Arvest Go, click your profile in the upper right and press Settings then select Contact Information. To change your associated address, press on the Physical Address section, then select Edit on the top right of the resulting screen. You will be able to update your street address, city, state and ZIP code as needed. Once done, select Save in the upper right of the device screen.

If you need to change your name, or update or provide an alternate mailing address (for example, if you receive mail at a location other than your physical address), please send us a secure Arvest Online Banking message, visit a local branch or call Arvest Customer Service at (866) 952-9523.To change your name on your Arvest Mortgage, please submit a signed request, along with the legal paperwork (marriage certificate, divorce decree, etc.) documenting the name change, and a signed W-9 Taxpayer Identification Form. You may obtain a W-9 from the IRS or you may contact us to receive a copy.
To change the address on your credit card account, please contact Arvest Customer Service for credit cards at (800) 356-8085.
Changes to your contact information are generally updated the same business day as received.
