Arvest Bank has been recognized by TIME magazine as one of America’s Best Private Companies 2026. This is the first year TIME has compiled this list, in partnership with Statista, recognizing 500 U.S. companies based on company impact and employee satisfaction.
Employee satisfaction drew on more than 217,000 independent employee surveys across the U.S., which evaluated employers on organizational culture, working conditions, compensation, equality and other workplace factors. Company impact used data from The Upright Project to measure the societal and environmental impact of each company's products and services across four areas: society, knowledge, health and environment.
“Knowing this honor comes straight from our associates’ feedback makes us incredibly proud of the enduring culture we continue to shape together,” said Aileen Wilkins, Chief People Officer at Arvest Bank. “We are committed to create a truly supportive environment – one where we can show up fully to deliver forward-thinking solutions for our communities.”
This recognition joins a list of accolades for Arvest, which was named to TIME's inaugural list of America's Best Financial Services earlier this year. Arvest was also named one of Forbes 2026 Best Employers List for New Grads and is consistently listed by Forbes as one of America’s Best Large Employers and Best-In-State Employers.
