Jared Turnbull has been promoted to Loan Manager for the bank’s Joplin Region.Turnbull, who has been with Arvest since 2013, had served as the bank’s senior commercial banker in Pittsburg, Kansas.

Arvest has named Richard Winesburg as president for the bank’s Joplin market. He replaces Chad Evans, who was named president of the bank’s Benton County market. Winesburg had served as loan manager for the bank in Joplin since 2017.
