Shannon Howland is a mortgage lending supervisor with more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Since beginning her career in 2004, Shannon has built her reputation on industry experience, personal service and a genuine commitment to helping her clients achieve their homeownership goals. She was named a Top Mortgage Lender in Arkansas by Arkansas Life in 2020, 2021 and 2022, recognized among Soirée Magazine's Top Mortgage Professionals in 2022 and 2023 and honored in 2025 through AMP Women in Banking. With extensive experience in mortgage processing and closing, Shannon understands that every client's circumstances are unique and takes pride in providing knowledgeable guidance and a personalized experience from application through closing.

Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University. Her education, combined with more than two decades of hands-on mortgage experience, allows her to navigate complex financing scenarios, anticipate potential challenges and help her clients make confident decisions. Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband, Jason, and their two children, Bryce and Brooke. She is a proud UCA Bear Mom and loves attending Arkansas Razorbacks and Colorado State University football games, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, traveling and making memories with family and friends.
