She holds a bachelor's degree in business management and is a 2021 graduate of Leadership Crawford County and a 2024 graduate of Leadership Joplin. After beginning her Arvest Bank career in Little Rock, Arkansas, in 2009, Rachel moved on to serve both the Kansas City and Pittsburg, Kansas communities. Regarding her approach to private banking, Rachel actively seeks opportunities to provide solutions for her clients to help them achieve their financial goals and prides herself on providing personalized service tailored to their individual needs.
Rachel and her daughters call Girard, Kansas, home and are active members of their community. Rachel volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters as a "big" and serves on several local boards. In her free time, you can catch her spending time outdoors with her daughters and traveling to new destinations.
