Can I change a pending bill payment?

If your payment status is Pending, you can make changes to the following info by selecting the payment on the Schedule page:

• Account from which to make the payment
• Date you want the recipient to receive the payment
• Amount of the payment

If you selected the wrong recipient when scheduling a payment, you can cancel it and reschedule it to the correct recipient.
