How do I change my delivery preferences for billing and escrow statements (paper or online)?

If you do not have an online mortgage account, you will receive paper statements by mail. If you do have an online account, your statements are delivered electronically.

To update your preferences or to receive both paper and electronic statements, sign in to your mortgage account and follow these steps: 

• Select Documents
• Click Manage Delivery Preferences (in the Manage document delivery settings box)
• Under Delivery Preferences, select the bubble for Mail or Electronic
• Read and agree to the terms and conditions
• Click save
