How can I perform a stop payment?

Request stop payments by visiting your local Arvest branch or calling Arvest Customer Service at (866) 952-9523. Please have the transaction information (e.g., check number, amount, etc.) available. Your account will be charged a fee for each stop-payment item.

For online bill payments, each item is handled differently based upon the Terms & Conditions of BillPay. Please contact Arvest Customer Service for assistance with a payment cancellation.
