How can I view a check online or order a copy of a check or deposit?

The most convenient way to obtain a copy of a check is to access images through Arvest online banking. To view a check online:

  • Log in to Arvest online banking, review the history of transactions and select the specific check item (Check 1234) you wish to view.
  • Select the View Image button.
  • The check image will display in your browser window. You are also able to print copies of a check or deposit from Arvest online banking by selecting the print button on the image.

If additional information is needed, you can send a secure message by selecting the Mail icon, then selecting "New Secure Message." You will hear back from one of our online correspondents within 24 business hours of submission.*

There is no way to view a copy of deposit images online. To order a copy of your deposit or check, please contact Customer Service at (866) 952-9523. A representative will be happy to assist you during the hours of Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. CST, and Saturday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. CST.
