We mail our Welcome Letters no later than 15 days after the effective date of the mortgage servicing transfer. If you didn't receive our Welcome Letter, please find our contact info here and give us a call. Your Welcome Letter contains a wide variety of information, including various instructions and reminders. It is mailed to the address we have on record, which was provided to us by your previous mortgage servicer.
