Where should I send my insurance refund when I receive one?

You may deposit into your personal bank account and send a separate check for the amount needed for ESCROW ONLY, or endorse the check as "Payable to Arvest Bank" and mail it to P.O. Box 661005, Dallas, TX 75266-1005. 

Customers near an Arvest Bank branch location may remit the funds locally. Customers may also process an "Escrow Only Payment" online at mymortgage.arvest.com after the current's month's payment has been posted. Customers with an Arvest Bank account and online banking may transfer the funds online and indicate "Escrow Only" in the memo box.
