We’re grateful for your patience as we launch our new and enhanced mobile banking and mobile app platforms.

Why did we change our platforms?

This new platform allows us to offer:

  • Enhanced security to help fight account fraud by adding an extra layer of protection when you log in.
  • A consistent and intuitive experience, no matter how you choose to bank, on your Arvest mobile app or arvest.com.

While the screen may look different, the same dedicated Arvest team is here to help you. Below are helpful resources and troubleshooting tips to make this transition easier.

Troubleshooting Tips

If you’ve had issues logging in, challenges adjusting settings, or trouble navigating new features, you are not alone. Below, we’ve rounded up easy troubleshooting steps for the issues our customers encounter most frequently.

  • Android Users App Access: If you cannot access the latest version of the Arvest Mobile Banking app, please uninstall and reinstall the app from the Google Play Store to resolve the issue.
  • Unlock Debit Card: If you receive an "unable to process your request" error through the standard I want to > Manage my cards menu, use this alternative route:
    • Go to the Account: Navigate to the specific account tied to your card.
    • Open Details: Open the “Account Details” page.
    • Click Manage Account: Look for the “Manage account” button in the top-left corner and click it.
    • Select Manage My Cards: Choose “Manage my cards” from the pop-up menu that appears.
    • Lock/Unlock: You can now safely lock or unlock your card within this menu.
  • One-Time Passcode Requirements: Logging into mobile or online banking now requires a one-time passcode for improved account protection. We recommend using our mobile app and enabling FaceID or Fingerprint ID for a more seamless experience.   Please note that you must log in with your full username and password the first time you access the mobile app to enable FaceID or Fingerprint ID.
  • Setting Up Biometrics (iPhone): In the Arvest Mobile Banking app, tap your Profile Icon > My preferences > select your phone under "Manage mobile devices," then turn on Enable biometric authentication.
Setting Up Biometrics (Android): Not all Android devices meet security standards and support facial recognition on the new app. Supported devices include:
    • Google Pixel: 4, 8, 9, and 10 series
    • Samsung Galaxy: S9, S9+, and Note 9
    • You can set up fingerprint login directly through your phone's system. Just head to your phone's Settings > Security & privacy > Device unlock > Fingerprint, and follow the quick on-screen prompts to scan your finger. (If you don't have a secure lock screen yet, it will just ask you to set up a quick backup PIN or pattern first.)
  • One Login Used for a Shared Account: We know this change can make things tricky if you are used to logging in a different way, but you and your family have a couple of options for accessing your accounts online. In addition to using biometric authentication to access the mobile app, customers can store up to three separate verification phone numbers or email addresses on their account, so you always have options for receiving your one-time passcode (OTP) that work best for you. Additionally, each account owner can have their own online banking access, and you can choose to create entirely separate login IDs for the exact same account. If you need help setting up either option, please call our support team at (866) 952-9523.
  • Saved Passwords: If you keep receiving a generic login error, it may be that your phone's saved password feature is automatically entering old, invalid credentials without you realizing it. Be sure to clear out the automatically filled username and password boxes completely and manually type in your current username and password.
  • Third-Party App Links: You might need to relink your third-party apps, like budgeting, investment, or payment services (ex. Venmo or Monarch Money).
  • Credit Cards in Mobile & Online Banking: If you only hold a credit card with us (and do not have an active Arvest checking or savings account), your card details will no longer appear in the standard online and mobile banking portal. You can view your balance, make payments, and manage your card by enrolling in Arvest CardManager, which is our dedicated platform for standalone credit card accounts. Please visit Arvest CardManager to enroll your card today.
  • Quick View: You can add the Arvest widget to your phone's home screen for the exact same functionality as the quick view feature. Here is how to set it up: Tap your Profile icon, then tap My Preferences. Under Account Preferences, tap Manage Mobile Devices and select your phone. Toggle on Enable home screen widgets (and tap Edit widget accounts right below it to choose which balances you want to see). Exit the app, then press and hold your phone's home screen to add the Arvest widget.

If you need additional assistance, call us at (866) 952-9523 Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. CT.
