Ben Nice

Ben Nice is a Mortgage Lender primarily serving the Northwest Arkansas area. Having been in the financial services industry since 2007, he brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to each conversation. Ben is focused on relationships, not just the transaction. He is passionate about getting to know his clients so that he can help them find the best solutions to finance their homes. It is always his goal to educate his clients and navigate the home financing process in the clearest, most stress-free way possible.

Originally from Northwest Illinois, he and his wife, Leslie, have fallen in love with Northwest Arkansas since moving here in 2014. From going to Razorbacks and Naturals games to hiking the trails at Coler Mountain, they have fully embraced all that this area has to offer. Ben even became a true Razorback when he received his MBA from the University of Arkansas.

Ben, Leslie and their three young children are active and engaged members of their church, school and broader community. Ben brings his passion and values to the field, where he coaches his children's baseball and soccer teams. While rooting for the Razorbacks comes first, the family also maintains a connection to their roots by cheering for the Chicago Bears and Cubs.
