Dwight is a dedicated Community Development Mortgage Lender serving the Little Rock area. He joined Arvest in early 2025 and quickly realized the mortgage team was where he belonged. Dwight has a passion for growing and developing Little Rock and its surrounding communities, and he is committed to helping families achieve their goal of homeownership.

He holds a bachelor's degree in urban community leadership and two master's degrees — one in management and leadership and another in journalism with an emphasis in digital media. His professional background includes roles as an operations manager, real estate agent, contractor and college instructor, giving him a well-rounded perspective on housing, leadership and community building.

Dwight is prepared to leverage his knowledge and experience to make your homebuying journey as smooth as possible. He is an active member of the Arkansas Bankers Association and the Downtown Little Rock Community Development Corporation, where he dedicates time to initiatives that create lasting impact.
