Hayley began her career with Arvest Bank in 2016 and has developed a well-rounded foundation across nearly every area of mortgage, including servicing, compliance and production. This broad experience allows her to understand the loan process from all sides and provide clear, informed guidance to her borrowers. Hayley has a strong track record of helping clients navigate their financing options with confidence.

Her approach to lending is rooted in transparency, consistent communication and a genuine commitment to the people she serves. Hayley aims to build trust with both borrowers and real estate agents by keeping the process straightforward and ensuring everyone feels supported from start to finish. As a Tulsa native, Hayley is proud to help members of her community achieve their homeownership goals. She now lives in Sand Springs with her husband, son, two rescue dogs and cat. In her free time, she enjoys roller skating, playing trivia and cheering on the OKC Thunder.
