With more than 20 years of banking experience, she brings a personalized, concierge-style approach to every client, taking the time to understand their complex financial needs and helping them build a secure future with precision and care.

Darline's commitment to service extends well beyond the office. She is deeply invested in the growth and vitality of the Springfield community, currently serving on the Visit Springfield Board of Directors, the Mosaic Art Collective Board, and actively collaborating with the Gun Safety and Violence Reduction Collaborative. Her leadership history, which includes roles with the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, the Springfield-Greene County Library Foundation and The Greater Missouri Women's Leadership Challenge, reflects her passion for creating meaningful civic impact.

A graduate of Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture, Darline brings a unique, disciplined and creative perspective to financial problem-solving. Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and raised in Kansas City, she deeply values the diverse perspectives that strengthen our community. Outside of the office, Darline enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children.
