With a career spanning over 23 years—13 of which have been dedicated to the banking industry and an additional 10+ years in impactful sales roles—Roy possesses a deep understanding of financial services and client relationship management. 

Prior to his current position, Roy held several pivotal roles within the financial sector, including serving as a VP Branch Manager and an AVP Mortgage Loan Originator. These diverse experiences have provided him with a comprehensive skill set, ranging from strategic branch oversight to specialized lending expertise. Roy’s commitment to excellence has been consistently recognized; he was honored as a Top Performer in both 2023 and 2024, a testament to his dedication to achieving outstanding results for his clients and the institution. 

Roy is committed to continuous professional growth, anchored by a solid educational foundation. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Arkansas Tech University in 2004. Further enhancing his expertise, Roy completed a specialized sales seminar focused on sales skills and strategy at Clemson University in 2004. 

Roy is an active and engaged member of the Bentonville community, where he currently resides. His dedication extends beyond the financial world and into local civic engagement. He formally served as a committed board member for the Rogers Student Bank Board for two consecutive terms in 2023 and 2024, helping to guide and mentor the next generation of financial leaders and promote financial literacy within the local school system.
