Did Arvest pay my insurance premium?

Insurance payments can be viewed on the Borrower History Statement, which can be found by selecting "My Loan" and then navigating to "Payment History." All insurance payments made will be reflected on the history and sorted by clicking the escrow tab. You may also verify insurance payments by calling our automated system at (800) 366-2132 and selecting Option 5.
