How do I dispute Arvest’s credit reporting about me?

For Arvest to conduct the most thorough review, please include:

• Sufficient information to identify your account (e.g., the specific account number in question, names associated with the account, addresses, phone numbers, etc.).
• An explanation of what is believed to be reported in error.
• All supporting documentation, including, if possible, a copy of the credit report that shows the information in question.
