I had an authorized account user with my previous mortgage servicer. Does that authorization transfer to Arvest Bank?

No. Any verbal or written authorized account user agreement you entered into with your previous mortgage servicer does not legally carry over to Arvest Bank. You’ll need to provide us with the authorized user’s info and the access the user needs.
