I have an escrow account and my real property taxes were due prior to the mortgage servicing transfer, but I received a delinquent tax bill. What do I need to do?

Please provide Arvest Bank with a copy of this delinquent tax bill. We’ll work with your tax authority and previous mortgage servicer as necessary to determine if the tax escrow disbursement was issued timely by your previous mortgage servicer and has since been received by your tax authority. You may submit the delinquent tax bill to us by sending a secure message from your account at mymortgage.arvest.com.
