My first Arvest Bank payment was inadvertently sent to my previous mortgage servicer; what do I need to do?

For the first 60 calendar days following your transfer, we won’t consider payments accidentally sent to your previous mortgage servicer as late. However, you’ll need to contact your previous mortgage servicer personally and ask them to redirect the payment to us or refund it directly to you.
