What is the Arvest Opportunity Fund?

The Arvest Opportunity Fund is a wholly owned non-bank subsidiary of Arvest Bank that provides lending products to applicants who fall just below the bank's credit requirements and are thus unable to access traditional banking products and services. This includes business loans and lines of credit, gap financing for reimbursable grants and a mortgage product, the Arvest Homebuyer Advantage.

The completion of a financial coaching program is required for all Arvest Opportunity Fund borrowers.

Additionally, the Arvest Opportunity Fund is a certified Community Development Entity, allowing us to apply for New Market Tax Credits, which help attract private capital to economically distressed communities.
