Why should I send a secure Arvest online banking message rather than a regular email?

For security, we recommend sending a Secure Message instead of a regular email for questions containing account or transaction details.

To send a Secure Message, select the mail icon, choose Secure Messages, and select Write a Secure Message.

A Secure Message should be used for:

• Account activity questions
• Changing or removing your mailing address
• Online and/or Mobile Banking transaction details
• Reordering a debit card or requesting other services
• Any questions containing specific identity, account or transaction details
