Top Question:
What does Deposit Amount in Process or Pending Deposit Hold mean?
Best Answer:
Deposit Amount in Process is the part of your deposit that has not yet been fully processed. In most instances, when you make a non-cash deposit of more than $200 you get immediate credit for $200 while the remaining amount processes through our systems.  Any cash you take when making a deposit reduces your immediate credit.

A pending deposit hold is the part of your deposit that has not yet been fully processed. In most instances, when you make a non-cash deposit of more than $200 you get immediate credit for $200 and the remainder is considered a pending deposit hold. Any cash you take when making a deposit reduces your immediate credit.

Our policy is to make funds from your cash and check deposits available to you on the first business day after the day we receive your deposit. However, funds from electronic direct deposits will be available on the day we receive the deposit. Once the funds are available, you can withdraw them in cash and/or we will use them to pay checks that you have written. In some cases, we will not make all of the funds that you deposit by check available to you on the first business day after the day of your deposit. Depending on the type of check that you deposit, funds may not be available until the second business day after the day of your deposit.

Our daily cut-off time is 8:00 p.m. on bank-business days.  Deposits and/or transfers submitted after the cut-off time or on a non-bank-business day will be posted on the next bank-business day.
