- Why is my card not working?
If your Arvest debit card or credit card isn't working for any reason, please let us know so we can help. For assistance, please visit a nearby branch location or call Customer Service at (866) 952-9523.
If your card has expired, you should have received a new card in the mail. If you haven't received it, please contact us immediately at the number above.
NOTICE: If your Arvest debit card was declined when trying to make a purchase that requires a billing address or zip code, you need to enter your physical address (or the zip code associated with your physical address) if it is different than your mailing address, to complete your purchase.
