During her time with the bank, she has held a variety of positions including roles in Human Resources, Branch Management and Treasury Management. In her current role as Senior Vice President and Private Banking Manager, Melanie provides extensive portfolio management, business development and leadership experience managing client relationships and a team of experienced Private Banking Advisors. Melanie and her team provide a holistic approach to serving their clients’ financial needs with expertise in personal banking, financial planning and business banking.
Melanie grew up in the Springdale community, where she and her husband Denton still reside. She serves as a member of the Peace at Home Family Shelter board. Melanie holds a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith.
