Arvest Bank's 24-Hour Account Info Line provides you the convenience of managing your accounts any time from a touch-tone or mobile phone by dialing (800) 601-8655.

Features of the 24-Hour Account Info Line include:

  • Fast access to information about your accounts, loans and cards
  • Easily make transfers between your eligible Arvest accounts, and even make loan payments
  • Fully understand your recent account activity with the amount and date your transactions clear, as well as the location of where your purchases are made
  • Help safeguard your accounts with a self-service option to report your cards lost or stolen, even if you do not have the card number

Register for the 24-Hour Account Info Line:

To register, you will need your debit card and the full checking account number tied to the card. If you do not have a debit card, please visit a nearby branch or call us at (866) 952-9523. Once you reach the 24-Hour Account Info Line at (800) 601-8655, follow these steps:

  • Press 7 to register
  • Enter your full checking account number, followed by #
  • Enter the last four digits of your debit card tied to the checking account, followed by #
  • Enter the three-digit security code on the back of your debit card, followed by #
  • Choose and enter a four-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN), followed by #
  • Re-enter your PIN, followed by #, to be transferred to the Main Menu
