Mobile Banking Alerts

Mobile banking alerts are easily managed within the Arvest mobile banking app. Keep track of your finances and monitor your account activity wherever you travel with mobile banking alerts.

Visa Purchase Alerts

With near real-time Visa® Purchase Alerts, you can receive updates on your Visa® credit card activity to help reduce fraud and monitor your accounts, wherever you are. Select the delivery options that best meet your needs, with text messages, emails or both for extra security and convenience. Fraud Alerts

To protect your time and money, we have fraud alert features to help keep your cards safe from fraud. Fraud alerts help protect your personal debit and credit cards. If we detect suspicious activity on your personal debit card, we'll send you a text alert.
Log in to the Arvest mobile banking app or Arvest online banking to access alert settings.

Travel Alerts

If you have a personal credit card, you can log in to your Arvest Card Manager online account, click the "Set Up Travel Alert" option from the "I want to..." drop-down menu, and fill out the Travel Alert Form or call customer service at (800) 356-8085. Commercial credit card customers may call customer service at (800) 822-7759.

Go Paperless

Online statements offer convenience and security, and are delivered as PDF files via Arvest online banking. Signing up is quick and easy, with statement notifications emailed directly to the account holder's primary email address. Learn more about online statements.

To sign up for online statements:

  1. Log in to Arvest online banking
  2. Select Accounts/eStatements, then select the account to enroll
  3. Select "eStatements" to expand and view statement options
