Your 24/7 Roadside Assistance benefit covers up to $100 per event, with a maximum of two occurrences per 12-month period. Payment will be required at the time of service for any amount exceeding $100 or for any non-covered costs.

Roadside Assistance Services

• Emergency Towing Service: Vehicles will be towed to the nearest in-network service facility.
• Flat Tire Service: Changing of the vehicle’s flat tire with an inflated spare tire located in the vehicle.
• Emergency Fuel or Fluid Delivery Service: Up to five gallons of fuel or an emergency supply of other fluid, such as oil or water, will be delivered as needed (the member must pay for the fuel or other fluid when it’s delivered).
• Battery Assistance: A jump start will be provided to start the vehicle.
• Lock-Out Assistance: Assistance will be provided to gain entry into the vehicle.
• Winching Service: Emergency winching of vehicles within 100 feet of a state-maintained roadway with a maximum of one hour of service.

To Request Roadside Assistance

• Call the toll-free number and provide your Access Code found in your account materials.
• The agent will gather your information and set up your service call.
• You’ll receive a text to let you know the name of the service provider and the estimated time of arrival.
• If tracking is available with the provider, you’ll be able to track the provider while en route and receive updates if needed.
